To make sure we’re good stewards of grant funds, Arizona GEAR UP works with ICF, which is an evaluation team. Now, we need your help. It’s time to survey our school communities—educators, parents, and students.
If you’re an educator in one of our 5E Schools, a parent, or student, please fill out the survey below. We promise it’ll take just five minutes. But the rest of you aren’t off the hook. Do you know any of the people mentioned above? Please help us spread the word. We need their opinions, so please forward this survey link to interested parties in the following schools:
- Amphitheater High School (Tucson, AZ)
- Buckeye Union High School (Buckeye, AZ)
- Coronado High School (Scottsdale, AZ)
- Tonopah Valley High School (Tonopah, AZ)
- Youngker High School (Buckeye, AZ)
The feedback gives us an idea of areas that are doing well and areas that could improve. The goal is to get 80% of students and 50% of parents to complete the survey. We encourage all school community members to take the survey as this will give us multiple perspectives on the program.
Below are the survey options, and the survey is available in Spanish once participants click through. When you click into the survey, you’ll see “Arizona GEAR UP 2019” but don’t be confused by that, that is just the year when the grant started! If you see this, you’re in the right place! If you’ve already completed the survey, there’s not need to do it again.
