Arizona GEAR UP invites current 9th, 10th, and 11th graders to join us for the 2023 Lumberjack Leadership Summit. This year’s summit will include hands-on STEAM activities such as building a robot, visiting the Lowell observatory, and participating in engineering activities. Students will also have the opportunity to brush up on their leadership skills and explore who they are as an individual. You will also have the opportunity to learn more about the collegiate experience from actual college students and see what being at a university is really like.
This year’s summit will take place in-person Monday, June 5th – Friday, June 9th at the Northern Arizona University Mountain Campus in Flagstaff, Arizona. Students will get to live on-campus in one of the campus residence halls and dine in the cafeteria just like college students.
