One of the most significant decisions in a student’s educational career is deciding what they want to do after graduation. There are many pathways to choose from after high school, and our Arizona GEAR UP Coaches are here to help students find their way. This past month, our coaches have hosted events to help students find what is right for them. From career exploration to college visits, students could learn about various educational opportunities.

Nicole Goodwin is the dedicated principal at Maurice C. Cash Elementary, a new GEAR UP school located in South Phoenix. Principal Goodwin and Cash Elementary join Arizona GEAR UP as one of the latest additions to the middle grade program.

Meet Jose Pelagio, Tonopah Valley High School’s Newest Coach

Arizona GEAR UP represents at GEAR UP West 2022

This October, Salt Lake City, Utah, welcomed college access professionals from across the western United States for GEAR UP West. The annual meeting brought together GEAR UP programs to collaborate and share best practices in helping students prepare for postsecondary success.

Partner Feature: Be A Leader Foundation Taking Steps Towards College Success
