Join Arizona GEAR UP this summer for the Lumberjack Leadership Summit. We have planned an incredible week of camp where students will explore the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Mathematics) industry through a variety of hands-on activities. Students will also have opportunities to learn and participate in leadership, teamwork, personal growth, and other fun and engaging activities. The best part? The event is completely free for students attending an Arizona GEAR UP School.

The program is open to current 9th, 10th, and 11th graders, and has two ways of participating.
In-person: June 5-10, 2022
Students will spend 5-days at the Northern Arizona University Mountain Campus in Flagstaff, Arizona. Students will get a glimpse of what university life is like by living in student housing, eating in dining halls, and exploring the campus.
Virtual: June 5-8, 2022
Participants of our virtual summit, will receive a care package of projects to allow them to join other participants on the Northern Arizona University Campus using Zoom. Students will receive the same quality classes online and work on projects that feature topics like engineering and coding.
