Beyond Roses and Chocolate: Creating Deeper Connections with your Partner

This Valentine’s day, in addition to a gift or chocolates, bring home a new skill for connecting on a deeper level. We will learn about the critical importance of “engagement” in an intimate relationship, and skills for reaching out. In addition, we will explore how connecting with emotional vulnerability deepens your relationship with yourself and your partner. Partners are welcome but not required to attend.
