Have you ever attempted to lose weight before and gained it back? Have you ever tried to improve your eating style unsuccessfully? We will rely on a body positive, intuitive eating model that is evidenced based and provides you with all of the psychological tools you need in order to reach a healthy, stable body size.

Mindfulness has become a buzzword in our modern vernacular. And as such, who doesn’t want to be more ‘mindful’ in some aspect of their lives? Yet, what does this mean? And how do we practice in a hectic, busy world to slow down and pay attention? Come learn the foundations of secular mindfulness meditation and some practical ways to integrate these practices in your daily life.

Campus Recreation Payroll Deduction Membership

If you have ever been interested in using the Recreation Center facilities, now is the perfect time to get involved! With the holidays and New Year resolutions just around the corner, this membership can be a great motivation to stay active. The best part is that you don’t need to do it alone! Each PD member can sponsor a “Plus 1 member.” This special membership allows faculty and staff to take the overall cost of an 8-month membership with Campus Recreation and divide it over 8 pay periods (payments begin on 2/14/20 and end on 5/22/2020). The membership begins the day you sign-up and will expire July 31, 2020.
