Why do I keep getting an email that my JacksCard is suspended after signing out of NAUgo? Accordion Closed

Similar to many mobile applications, the only way for NAUgo to retain your personal information on your device is for you to stay signed in to the app. When you actively sign out, any personal information and credentials need to be suspended in order to keep your device secure.

Every time you actively log out of the NAUgo app, the NAU system must suspend your card. That is why you keep getting suspension emails.

To resume using your pass after it has been suspended, you will need to “Unlink” your JacksCard from your device and re-add it.

  1. Visit the NAU OneCard tool
  2. Select “Manage Campus ID” on the top right of the screen
  3. Select “Manage your mobile ID pass”
  4. Select the radio button next to your ID and tap “Manage”
  5. Under the “Pass State Action” dropdown, select “Unlink Pass” and tap “Update”

Once your card is “Unlinked”, you can then go back to NAUgo, tap “Add/View JacksCard”, and add your JacksCard back on to your device.

In the future, to keep your JacksCard working seamlessly, do not actively sign out of NAUgo.

If you would like assistance with “Unlinking” and re-adding your JacksCard, please contact the JacksCard Office:
