Hello, WordPress users!
We wanted to provide you with an update from the Web Team regarding the topics covered at the last Unit Web Coordinator meeting on October 5th. Since that meeting 43 sites have been launched into WordPress, a majority of which were mass migrated sites into the new IN platform. Launches of mass migrated sites will continue to ramp up with an estimated completion date of November 17th. The Site Migration Scorecard is up to date and there are a total of 160 WordPress sites that are now live!
An FAQ answering common questions around the IN (in.nau.edu) platform has been created and we welcome any feedback or additional questions you may have. Theme updates have been minimal the last few weeks and consisted mainly of bug fixes. The feedback from SiteImprove reports continues to be positive, and the University Marketing PM’s and the VPTLDA Unit Coordinator are now using the tool. Rollout of SiteImprove access will continue as mass migrated sites continue to go live.
Please note that due to a room scheduling conflict, the November Unit Web Coordinator meeting is being held on Thursday, November 1st at 10 am in the usual location and via Skype. We will be providing an update to all of these topics at that meeting, and look forward to seeing all the Unit Web Coordinators then! If you have questions about this meeting, please contact your Unit Web Coordinator. If you have any questions around this message or any other WordPress-related concerns, please contact us via email at WCM-Support@nau.edu.
Thank you all for your support and engagement throughout this project!
