- Graduate College as pilot academic unit
- Faculty/Staff directory integration pulling from directory and Faculty 180
- Academic catalog widgets for WordPress (matching Ektron widget functionality)
- Events.nau.edu integration

- Site consolidation, i.e. reduction of pages is a GOOD thing, but causes extra work up front to determine new site structure

Review the Web Style Guide and overall Web Support website – nau.edu/web
- The Style Guide is currently available at: https://in.nau.edu/web/styleguide/ (this URL will change and you’ll be able to navigate to it from the main Web website menu)
- To Do Let’s add an acronym dictionary to the site – Justin – UPDATE: Laura Jones provided an official list of acronyms, it’s been passed on to Justin and he’ll work to figure out how to represent these on the site.
Q & A
- Status of events calendaring system – any projected date for it to be implemented? For WordPress integration, we are committed for the end of the month. Once integrated, Steve will work on driving use from top down. If we are going to use Events as the central pivot point for the whole university, that’s the place to do it, and we’ll syndicate it from there.
- Dina will follow up with Brad regarding consolidating Events types based on list from stakeholders – Steve followed up.
- Is there a way to tie in engagement from the Events calendar? For example, back to SalesForce or another application for events registered and/or events attended
