This course is designed to introduce and provide a deeper knowledge of Excel, including organizing data, performing functions, and managing multiple sheets.
  2. Delivering bad news to a client (48 minutes)
    • Although Tier 1 Pubs are not expected to deliver bad news to clients frequently, it is important to know how to communicate information to a client that has the potential to upset or surprise them. This course emphasizes how you should approach situations like these from a customer service point of view.
  3. Writing emails (1 hour, 13 minutes)
    • Crafting emails is one of the most important parts of a Pubs job, no matter which tier you are a part of. This course provides guidance on how to craft clear and effective email messages.
    • Note: take the quiz at the end of the course and send a screenshot of your results to a Tier 2 or 3 member.
  4. Business leadership tutorials (2 hours, 51 minutes)
    • Knowledge of how to lead within the scope of your job and how to work well with others will be important skills for this job and for future jobs you will have. This course covers topics from communication to collaboration that will enhance your leadership skills in the workplace and in life.
