Glossary of terms and acronyms

Terms

• critical message: a high-priority message or alert assigned to NAU CAS Login users
• FOP student: students who have been identified as part of the Freshman Outreach Program
• project: a temporary endeavor undertaken to create a unique product, service, or result (PMI)
• query: a question or report criterion
