Important Dates and Deadlines

The e-TRP will be open for submission for NAU employees 90 days prior to the first day of the term. Requests will continue to be accepted until the last day of the term.

When tuition reductions are posted: Once the approved, the first day the tuition reduction amount is posted to a student’s is:

Fall: The first business day in July
Spring: The first business day after January 1st.
Summer and Winter: 48 hours after approval.

Each university manages the Tuition Benefit for their employees

ASU and UA employee should follow the process at their university, including any submission deadlines.

NAU Human Resources does not manage the process for ASU and UA employees even if the request is for a NAU student.
