What Blue Care Anywhere can treat:
- Cold, flu, fever, cough and bronchitis
- Diarrhea, vomiting and headache
- Pinkeye, rashes and sinus infection
- Sore throat, sprains, strains and Stomach bugs
How to get started:
All you need is high-speed Internet access, a smartphone, tablet or computer, and a webcam or a built-in camera and audio capability. It’s this simple:
- Sign up/log in—just provide your name, email address and a password.
- Fill out a brief questionnaire about your symptoms, medications and health history. (First visit only.)
- Select the type of provider you want to see.
- Choose an available doctor
- Pay your cost share. You can use a credit card, flexible spending account or health savings account.
- If medication is required, choose a pharmacy near you.
- See the doctor, or schedule an appointment. Typical wait times are less than 2 minutes!
- Receive a summary of your visit, which you can share with your primary care provider.
Costs
- Copays are the same as a regular office visit.
- Medical Visit – Before your deductible is met: $49. | After your deductible is met: EPO/PPO $10, HDHP 10%.

What Dr. On Demand can treat:
- Allergies, back pain, bronchitis and pneumonia
- Cellulitis and skin infections, colds, coughs and congestion
- Conjunctivitis, headache/migraine, influenza, rashes and skin conditions
- Sinus infections, sports injuries, sprains and bruises
- Urinary tract infections, vomiting and diarrhea
How to get started:
- You must first register with Doctor On Demand, then download the app. | Doctor on Demand site (link is external)
Costs
- Copays are the same as a regular office visit.
- Medical Visit – Before your deductible is met: $49. | After your deductible is met: EPO/PPO $20, HDHP 10%.
Doctor’s Note
- If you need a doctor’s note after your visit, be sure to request one during the visit. The doctor will then post it to your account.
