Your next step is to set up your account with your retirement provider. You will also receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to set up your account.
If you would like to set up your account now follow, the below are the instructions on how to set up your account.
Fidelity Accordion Open
Setting up your Fidelity account and making your investment elections can take up to 20 to 30 minutes depending on which investment options you select.
- Go NAU’s Fidelity web page
- Click “Start Now” or Click “Go” in the ‘Enroll Now’ box
- Select “Optional Retirement Plan (ORP) Plan ID. 67444”
- Click “Enroll Now”
- Click “Get Started”
- Provide the requested information – you will be walked through the remaining process.
If you do not set up your account with Fidelity, deposit of your contributions may be delayed. If you do not make an investment election your contributions will be invested in the ORP’s Qualified Default Investment Alternative – The T Rowe Price Target Retirement Date Funds.
TIAA Accordion Closed
Setting up your TIAA account and making your investment elections can take up to 20 to 30 minutes depending on which investment options you select.
- Go to NAU’s TIAA web page
- Click “Ready to Enroll”
- Select “Northern Arizona University” from the drop-down list
- Scroll down, Under ‘Arizona University System Optional Retirement Plan’ click “Open your TIAA account online”
- First time TIAA registrants – Click “Register Now” and follow the instructions
- Existing TIAA registrants – Enter user ID and password to log into your TIAA account and follow the instructions
If you do not set up your account with TIAA, deposit of your contributions may be delayed. If you do not make an investment election your contributions will be invested in the ORP’s Qualified Default Investment Alternative – The T Rowe Price Target Retirement Date Funds.
ASRS Accordion Closed
Setting up your myASRS account.
– Go to the Online registration page on the ASRS web site and follow the instructions.
– Your Employer Code is 104160
– Your Enrollment Code is 4UQ00059
