Primary Retirement Enrollment

You have completed your first step in enrolling in your Primary Retirement plan.

You now need to setup your account with the retirement Vendor that you selected

ASRS

You next step is to set up your secure myASRS account.

 Go to the Online registration page on the ASRS web site and follow the instructions.

• Your Employer Code is 104160
• Your Enrollment Code is 4UQ00059

ORP – Fidelity

You next step is to set up your Fidelity account and make your investment elections. This process can take up to 20 to 30 minutes depending on which investment options you select.

• Go NAU’s Fidelity web page
• Click “Start Now”
• Select “Optional Retirement Plan (ORP) Plan ID. 67444”
• Click “Enroll Now”
• Click “Get Started”
• Provide the requested information – you will be walked through the remaining process.

ORP – TIAA

You next step is to set up your TIAA account and make your investment elections. This process can take up to 20 to 30 minutes depending on which investment options you select.

• Go to NAU’s TIAA web page
• Click “Ready to Enroll”
• In the dropdown, select Northern Arizona University
• Click “Open your TIAA account online”
  • First time TIAA registrants click “Register Now” and follow the instructions – you will be walked through the remaining process.
  • Existing TIAA registrants, enter user ID and password to log into your TIAA account and follow the instructions – you will be walked through the remaining process.
