Posters Required by Law
Federal & State Employment Posters
The following is a list of posters that are required by the federal and state governments to be displayed in a conspicuous place to permit employees to read them. This list is not exhaustive, and dependent on your specific discipline, additional postings may be required. Please visit the Arizona Department of Labor Required Posters page or the U.S. Department of Labor Poster page.
Building Managers are expected to print and post all of the federal and Arizona posters in a conspicuous place where employees and applicants for employment can see them. These posters serve an important purpose in that they notify workers of certain rights under the law. Spanish posters are included, where available, for those buildings that need them.
Out-of-state employees should review the material for the state in which they work.
