Application Password Requirements
A unique user name and password will need to be established to submit an application. If you are a current NAU employee, the login for the employment application is separate from your regular login. Both user name and password are case sensitive.
Passwords are required to:
- Have a minimum of 12 total characters. Passwords may contain special characters.
- Not match your user name.
- Not match any of your email addresses.
If you have forgotten your password or user name please use the Forgot Username or Forgot Password links on the sign in page. Your user name and temporary password will be emailed to you. Applicant passwords are set to expire every 120 days. If your password has expired you will be required to change it.
**Current NAU employees and students: your user names and passwords are NOT synced with your current Louie login information.
