Staff and faculty openings
Application and hiring information
All applications for Classified Staff and Service Professional positions must be submitted online. If you are interested in a Faculty or Administrator Openings, please follow the application instructions on the posting.
Accessing the application
Visit the Staff Openings or Faculty/Administrator Openings page to access the application. You may access the application from any computer with Internet access.
Before you submit an online application, review the applicant tutorial.
To apply for openings, you will need to establish a unique user name and password. Both the user name and password are case sensitive. Please keep a record of the information for future use.
New applicant
If you are a new applicant, you can search postings without registering, but we recommend that you create a username, password, and profile now to save time when applying for positions in the future.
Returning applicant
If you are a returning applicant, log in to your profile to edit existing applications or apply to new jobs without re-entering your information. It is strongly recommended that you review all information before submitting each application.
If you did not provide an email address in your profile, you will need to establish a new user name and password and begin the application process again.
Please Note: Beginning Monday January 11, 2016 all previous job applicants will be forced to change their passwords. Our password requirements have changed to strengthen security. Please select a new password that:
(1) Has minimum of 7 total characters with at least 1 digit, 1 lowercase character and 1 uppercase character.
(2) Does not match your user name.
(3) Does not match any of your email addresses.
If you have forgotten your password or user name please use the: forgot username or forgot password links on the sign in page. Your user name and temporary password will be emailed to you. Applicant passwords are set to expire every 120 days. If your password has expired you will be forced to change it.
**Current NAU employees and students: your user names and passwords are not synced with your current Louie login information.
