All-You-Care-To-Eat
The Hot Spot — North Campus NAU’s main all-you-care-to-eat dining hall in the University Union, with eight stations including Bella Trattoria (pizza & pasta), Flying Star Diner (burgers & comfort food), Basic Kneads (salads & sandwiches), a Mongolian-style wok, and the allergy-friendly Simple Servings zone.
The DüB — South Campus A modern all-you-care-to-eat food hall in the du Bois South Union with seven restaurant-style stations, including a smokehouse, wood-fired pizza and flatbread oven, made-to-order pasta, and a plant-forward menu.

1899 Bar and Grill — North Campus A full-service, sit-down restaurant serving modern American cuisine, with indoor fireplace seating and a scenic patio.
Wild Blue Sushi — North Campus Fresh sushi rolled daily, from maki and nigiri to temaki, prepared by hand in the University Union.
Chick-Fil-A — North Campus The full lineup of Chick-Fil-A favorites in an express format: chicken sandwiches, nuggets, salads, fries, and lemonade.
The Usual Sandwich (new) — North Campus Now open in place of Pizza Hut, this spot serves fresh, made-to-order sandwiches for a quick and satisfying bite.
NiMarco’s Pizza (new) — North Campus Replacing Turnip the Greens, NiMarco’s brings classic, craveable pizza by the slice or whole pie to the Union.
Subway — South Campus Build-your-own subs, salads, and flatizzas made with fresh ingredients, your way.
The Coupe — South Campus Known for wings in hand-crafted sauces like Mango Habanero and Garlic Parmesan, plus burgers, sandwiches, and late-night eats.
Hole in the Wall — North Campus A late-night and early-morning grab spot for breakfast bites and after-hours eats.
Lemon Grass — North Campus Fresh, flavorful Asian-inspired dishes served fast-casual style.
Cobrizo Mexican Grill — North Campus Burritos, tacos, nachos, and salads with fresh guacamole, pico de gallo, and grilled meats made to order.
QDOBA Mexican Eats — South Campus Burritos, bowls, and nachos topped with house-made guacamole and signature queso.
Mountain Jacks Burgers — North Campus Classic and specialty burgers, including plant-based options, all made to order.
Einstein Bros Bagels — North & South Campus Bagels, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, pastries, and specialty coffee — located in both the University Union and du Bois South Union.

Essential Blends — North Campus Fresh fruit smoothies made with real fruit juice bases, from fruit blends to power blends. Located in the Health and Learning Center.
Jamba — North Campus Smoothies, fresh juices, and energy bowls for a nutritious on-the-go pick-me-up.
Matador Coffee — North Campus Fresh brewed coffee, gourmet baked goods, and grab-and-go breakfast items in the University Union.
Matador at Bean and Beaker Café — North Campus A coffee and pastry stop inside the Science Lab Facility for a study-break boost.
Matador at Scholar’s Corner — North Campus Coffee, pastries, and grab-and-go deli items tucked inside Cline Library.

Food Truck
WTF (Where’s The Food Truck) — Mobile NAU’s roaming food truck, serving a rotating menu (think pulled pork waffle fries and brisket sandwiches) at different spots around campus during lunch and late-night hours. Check the app or social media for today’s location.
