Listservs

The Comptroller’s office maintains listserv for local fiscal oversight (LFO) designees and other fiscal representatives. Users as follows:

The PeopleSoft Financials listserv (PSFINANCIALS-L) is for all PeopleSoft Financial system users. This listserv will inform PeopleSoft Financial system users of:

• Training opportunities
• Software upgrades and fixes
• System problems and resolutions
• System availability
• Fiscal year end notices and information (including deadlines) for document processing
• other relevant system information

Subscribing/unsubscribing

Subscribing: send an e-mail to:  LISTSERV@list.nau.edu  with the following message:

SUBSCRIBE “LISTSERV NAME” “First Name Last Name”  where “LISTSERV NAME” = PSFINANCIALS-L

Example:  SUBSCRIBE PSFINANCIALS-L Joe Smith

Unsubscribing:  Anyone who has access to the Peoplesoft Financials system is subscribed to this list.  If you are changing positions and would like to unsubscribe, please forward your processed ePASS that documents the rescission of PeopleSoft Financials access to the Financial Administration and Technical Support Services.
