Strengths for your students

Step 1: Schedule your workshop Accordion Closed

Request a Starting With Strengths workshop, facilitated by engaging Career Development/Student Employment staff.

Step 2: Purchase codes Accordion Closed

Purchase your assessment codes using your @nau.edu email address, and distribute code(s) to your team.

Step 3: Take the strengths assessment Accordion Closed

Complete the assessment, thinking holistically about you work life as well as your life outside of work. Make sure to dedicate at least 30 minutes uninterrupted time. You cannot stop the assessment once it starts, so make sure you will not be interrupted.

Step 4: Send us your strengths Accordion Closed

Collect everyone’s top-5 strengths using this Strengths Data Spreadsheet and send your completed spreadsheet to your Career Development contact 3 business days in advance so they can prepare your workshop.
