Learn more about the different types of events our office puts on below:

Part-Time Job Fairs Accordion Closed

Part-Time Job Fairs are an opportunity for students to find part-time employment and volunteer opportunities on- and off-campus.

Career and Graduate School Expos Accordion Closed

Career and Graduate School Expos are open to students of all academic years, majors, and feature a variety of employers and graduate schools. Some are focused on recruiting students from a particular major or major(s), while others are actively seeking students of all majors. This is a great event to attend as early as your freshman year to explore different career paths and begin to build your professional network.

Specialty (Major-Specific) Career Fairs Accordion Closed

Specialty Career Fairs are hosted by the W.A. Franke College of Business and School of Hotel and Restaurant Management each semester. A Natural Resources Career Fair is held each Fall. These events are primarily focused on employers recruiting students from particular majors.

Information Sessions / Tabling, On-Campus Interviews, & Networking Events Accordion Closed

Some employers offer Employer Information Sessions or Tables to interact with students in more focused settings and answer any questions that they may have.

Other employers conduct On-Campus Interviews after a Career Fair or Expo, or sometimes separate from another event. Monitor Handshake for updates!

Networking Events include panels, guest speakers, and mixers.
