Northern Arizona University offers a wide variety of meeting and conference rooms across campus. With a range of sizes, layouts, and audio visual equipment, we can accommodate any of your meeting needs.

Meeting and conference room features:

• Large selection of meeting spaces
• Audio/visual equipment
• Small to large room sizes
• Classroom, conference, or theater room sets

NAU’s primary conference rooms are in the University Union, du Bois South Union, or Health and Learning Center buildings.

University Union

Located in the center of campus, this facility offers many meeting and conference rooms with dining options in the same building.

The University Union features:

• Ten conference and multipurpose rooms
• Conference rooms equipped with Audio Visual equipment, including cameras and microphones to stream and record
• All-you-care-to-eat Hot Spot dining nearby
• Dining options such as Einstein Bros Bagels, Jamba Juice, and Starbucks

Standard Room Capacities

du Bois South Union

Located on south campus, the du Bois South Union provides a hub for meeting and conference rooms and many dining options, as well as recreational fields and facilities nearby.

The du Bois South Union features:

• Five conference rooms
• Conference rooms equipped with Audio Visual equipment, with cables to connect your laptop
• Large ballroom
• All-you-care-to-eat duB dining

Health and Learning Center

Located on central campus, this facility offers conference rooms and nearby recreational facilities.

The Health and Learning Center features:

• Four conference rooms
• Conference rooms equipped with Audio Visual equipment, including cameras and microphones to stream and record
• The Green Scene café and Essential Blends Juice Bar
