Many larger events on the NAU campus require special planning and permissions and our Event Coordinators help you with start to finish support. Whether you have your own idea or need help with creating one, our coordinators are here to assist you in making your event become a reality.
Once your Campus Event Form has been submitted with your event idea, our coordinators will work with you on arranging the logistics needed for the event.

The safety of the NAU campus community is our number one priority and all events must comply with NAU’s event guidelines for physical distancing, masks, and other COVID-19 accommodations. Our coordinators will ensure that your event follows all of NAU’s event safety requirements and guidelines for virtual or in-person events and meetings.
Our team will coordinate with you to get your ideas on where you would like your event to be held and then can help either securing that location or can give you suggestions on securing a comparable location for your event that fits your budget and attendance needs.
Does your event require equipment or professional services? Our coordinators can help you secure any services from NAU that you may need for your event such as equipment rentals, electrical orders, grounds support, custodial needs, etc. If your event requires any services from outside of NAU or any services that NAU cannot provide, such as a speakers or performers, our coordinators can look into outside vendors/companies to supply services for your event that fit your event budget. They will handle all the communications, bookings, contracts and paperwork from the outside vendors/companies providing services for your event and keep you informed throughout the process.
If you would like to promote your event you can utilize our Event Marketing services. We have marketing services to help boost your events presence such as professional student graphic designers to create your marketing materials like posters and fliers to be distributed on campus, advertising your event on the NAU Event Calendar and more! Our coordinators will work with you to get the marketing materials to help make your event a success.
Once the event has been fully planned out with our coordinators, our team will ensure all of NAU’s event requirements have been met and will then submit your event into the Campus Events team for event authorization.
