How do I get to the venues? Accordion Closed

How can I get tickets? Accordion Closed

Ticketing for all events at our venues is through the NAU Central Ticketing Office.

Where is the ticketing office? Accordion Closed

The Central Ticketing Office is located in the University Union during their business hours, Monday-Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Summer hours are Monday-Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
For ticketed events, CTO is on-site within the hour leading up to the event.

Where can I park, and does it cost anything? Accordion Closed

There are numerous places to park on campus near our venues, including the lot behind Cline Library (P13) and the Knoles Parking Garage. To view parking details, please visit our Visitor Information guide or the NAU Guest Parking site.

How do I book an event at the auditoria? Accordion Closed

To book an event with us, please email Auditoria@nau.edu.

Are food or drink allowed during events? Accordion Closed

Only bottled water is allowed inside Ardrey Memorial Auditorium and Kitt Recital Hall.

Kitt Recital Hall Atrium is a wonderful reception space and allows food/drink, as does Ashurst Hall which can host banquets of up to 250 people.

Any food & drink for events must be coordinated through Campus Dining / Catering.

Can I take a tour of the auditoria? Accordion Closed

When a client is booking one of our venues for their event we will happily give them a tour of the space to aide in event planning. Please contact Auditoria@nau.edu to request a venue tour.

Are pets allowed inside the venues? Accordion Closed

Pets are not allowed inside any of our performance venues unless they are a certified service animal.

Is there a dress code? Accordion Closed

There is no formal dress code for events in our venues. However, dressing up to attend a show is a time honored theater tradition and always encouraged!
