Accessibility at Ardrey, Kitt and Ashurst
NAU Auditoria strives to create and maintain inclusive, accessible, and usable environments for all of our guests. Please consider calling in advance if you have any questions about our venues, and contact Ticketing when needing to purchase tickets for seats that are accessible. Our staff will be available throughout the event to offer assistance.
Ardrey Memorial Auditorium
Wheelchair Accordion Closed
Ardrey has a wheelchair for your use upon request. If possible, please notify us in advance if it will be needed. You may inquire with our staff at any time to see if it is available.
Elevators Accordion Closed
There are three elevators nearby Ardrey.
- In the southeast corner of the hall adjacent to the sky bridge which connects to Knoles Parking Garage. This 2-stop elevator can be taken down from the 2nd floor to the 1st, which leads to seating in south side of the hall as well as Ticketing further down the hallway.
- Inside the hall in the southeast corner of house seating. This is a 5-stop elevator can be used to reach the ticketing level, as well as back of house for accessible seating in row X (2nd floor), Ardrey lobby (3rd floor), and the balcony accessible seating in row D (4th floor).
- Next to Kitt Recital Hall in the Atrium, along Knoles Road. This 2-stop elevator can be taken up to the 2nd floor of Ardrey, which is the lobby level.
Kitt Recital Hall

Kitt has a wheelchair for your use upon request. If possible, please notify us in advance if it will be needed. You may inquire with our staff at any time to see if it is available.
Elevators Accordion Closed
There are two elevators nearby Kitt.
- Adjacent to the sky bridge which connects Ardrey Auditorium to Knoles Parking Garage. This 2-stop elevator can be taken down from the 2nd floor to the 1st, which leads to Ticketing and the Kitt Atrium further down the hallway.
- In the Atrium, along Knoles Road. This 3-stop elevator can be taken up to the 3rd floor, which puts guests in the back of house for accessible seating in row N.
Ashurst Hall
Elevators Accordion Closed
There are two elevators within Ashurst.
- In the center of the building, near the main entrance and stairwell. This 3-stop elevator can be taken up to the 2nd floor: Utilize the Ashurst side of the elevator, not the Old Main side. This leads into the Ashurst lobby, just outside the ballroom.
- Inside Ashurst Hall, there is an elevator to the side of the stage that can be used by guests and performers to access to the stage. The elevator can hold no more than one person in a wheelchair at a time. Please ask a staff member for assistance.
Audio
Ardrey and Kitt are equipped with portable audio devices for our guests who are hard-of-hearing; they are available upon request.
