Event forms and venue resources for Northern Arizona University’s Ardrey Memorial Auditorium, Ashurst Hall and Kitt Recital Hall.

Students do not need to submit tech forms; all other concerts & recitals require one. If you have additional questions, please contact us.

Forms

• Ardrey Auditorium Technical Form
  Required for every event in Ardrey Memorial Auditorium four weeks prior.
• Ashurst Hall Technical Form
  Required for every event in Ashurst Hall four weeks prior.
• Kitt Recital Hall Technical Form
  Required for every event in Kitt Recital Hall.
• School of Music Recital Request Form
  To be completed by all School of Music students for required recitals.
