Tutoring Services

The Academic Success Center offers FREE tutoring support in over 100 courses, both in-person and online through Zoom, and services are free! We provide tutoring in a wide variety of formats including one-on-one, small group and drop-in.

 Fall 24 Individual (One-on-One) Tutoring

The Fall 24 tutoring schedule opens on Monday August 26th 2024 for students to begin booking appointments. Tutoring services begin Tuesday September 3rd, 2024.

How to Make an Appointment

If you would like to schedule a tutoring appointment, please call 928-523-5524 or schedule online. If no appointment times are available, please try our drop-in hours or report in Trac Cloud, our online scheduling system, that you were unable to find an appointment and you will placed on a waitlist. General one-on-one tutoring operating hours are Monday-Thursday from 10am-8pm and Friday from 10am-2pm. 

Appointment Policies

Students can book up to three appointments per week, per subject.  Appointments are 45 minutes long. Appointments are available in-person or online. Students can change an appointment from in-person to online or vice versa. Please contact our offices at 928.523.5524 to notify us when those changes are needed. Students are welcome to attend other ASC tutoring services in addition to one-on-one tutoring.

Cancellation/Missed Policies

The Academic Success Centers have a 24 hours cancellation policy for appointments. Students can cancel appointments by calling (928) 523-5524 or through their Tutor Trac account. If a student does not attend their scheduled appointment, or cancel at least 24 hours in advance, they will be charged $11.63 to their student account. Students who miss two appointments will not be able to book additional appointments for the remainder of the semester.

• bring previous tests, if applicable

During your scheduled appointment time, please go to the Zoom link in your appointment confirmation email or find your individual tutor’s link below. 

Fall 24 Test Review and Drop-in Tutoring

NOTE: Drop-in tutoring will not be available during winter and summer sessions. 1:1 Tutoring will be available online and by request only. Please submit a request to sign up for winter or summer tutoring.
