Pickup locations

All United States Postal Services (USPS) mail is processed Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. 

Note:  For your security, NAU Postal Services is unable to give any information regarding your mail over the telephone.  You must appear in person with a proper ID at our customer service counter to receive information.

Postal Services – Located in building 35, lower level of the NAU Bookstore

All USPS mail and packages are received in the morning from the USPS Flagstaff office. This mail is sorted for distribution to university faculty, staff and students.

After the sorting process is completed each morning, student mail is then distributed to the appropriate mailbox section for boxing.

Mail received from the USPS by 8 am is delivered to student mailboxes by noon.

**Package processing may take longer, you will receive an e-mail when your package is ready to pick-up.
