Business reply information

Mailings may be distributed with a reply request envelope. Postage is not prepaid for the reply envelope. The department/organization is only charged for the number of reply envelopes which are returned.

Authorized use information:

Any NAU Department or Organization may use the Business Reply option.

Mailing specifications:

Business reply envelopes, cards, and/or labels must be specially printed. Please call the Production Mail Facility (520) 523-2882 for permit information and Printing Services for envelope design.

Rate:

The current rate, for business reply, is the standard first class postage rate plus 11 cents per piece returned.
