Non-Profit rate

To save time and labor, please contact the Production Mail Center for the most current mailing permit specifications so that your mailing will be sent to Printing Services with the correct permit information. Any mailing that is not in an envelope must have the proper imprint on the mail piece. If the mailing does not have the correct imprint on the mail piece, it will be the department’s responsibility to have the mailing hand-stamped with the imprint needed.

Mailing specifications:

Minimum Quantity:

Minimum 200 mail pieces – each time a mailing is done.

Identical Pieces:

All pieces must be identical in weight and size. Paper weight and envelope or other mailer must be uniform throughout the mailing. Can NOT contain any personal messages or info.

USA Only:

Only domestic mail may be sent and it must have a zip code.

Return Address:

All mailings must have a complete return address, including “Northern Arizona University” spelled out completely.

SpeedChart Account:

Place PS Financial SpeedChart account number under return address.

Rate:

The current letter rate for Non-Profit letters up to 3 ounces is $0.165/piece.
