To be eligible for a plastic JacksCard you must be at least one of the following:

• Online and Statewide campus students:  A Northern Arizona University student who is enrolled in at least one class taking place at any campus other than the Flagstaff Mountain Campus.
• Affiliates:  A visiting faculty or staff, or an affiliate sponsor will need to complete the Affiliate Request Process and return to the Affiliate Management Office located in University Services Building, (Bldg. 90), 3rd Floor (Fax number 928-523-0330).
• Part-time employees:  part-time, non benefit eligible employees who require a JacksCard for access to campus buildings and services.

JacksCard Fees

$30 fee for Students, Part-Time Employees, Affiliates
If you have not paid an Enrollment Fee as part of admission, the JacksCard fee will be charged to your student financial account. You may also pay in-person in the JacksCard Office.
