Step-by-step checklist for getting your plastic JacksCard

  1. Review Photo Guidelines: Your photo must match the NAU guidelines in order for it to be approved for your JacksCard. Photo Guidelines →
  2. Submit your photo: Once you have take an appropriate photo for your JacksCard, submit to the JacksCard office for approval. How to submit your photo →
  3. Receive photo approval: Once your photo has been approved, you will be notified by the JacksCard office via email.  This approval can take up to 48 hours.
  4. Review eligibility requirements: You must meet several NAU criteria in order to qualify for a digital JacksCard and you must meet several technical criteria to add the JacksCard to your phone. Review eligibility →
