Usable Materials Center

The Usable Materials Center (UMC) is a resource for the campus community, supporting NAU’s vision to elevate excellence by providing accessible higher education for all.

The UMC provides services to ensure course content, digital documents, and videos are accessible for all students and staff.

Examples of our services include:

• Transcription of audio content
• Digital document remediation
• Digital accessibility consulting and training
