Box Office & Venue Policies

Recording: Photography, video, audio, and all other recording are strictly prohibited.

Seating:

  • The Studio Theatre in the west end of the Performing & Fine Arts building is general admission with flexible configurations. Late seating policies vary by production; consult the House Manager for mor information.
  • Tickets are valid only for the date and time issued.
  • All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Children under four are discouraged unless the event is specifically designed for young audiences.

Will Call

Will Call opens one hour before each performance in the lobby of the venue.
Please bring:
  • Photo ID
  • The credit card used for purchase
  • Your Central Ticket Office order number
Unclaimed tickets may be released five minutes before curtain for sold out shows. No refunds or exchanges are available for unclaimed tickets.

Standby List

If a performance is sold out, patrons may join the standby list. Five minutes before curtain, available seats may be sold on a first come, first served basis to parties who are fully present. Seating after curtain is at the House Manager’s discretion.

Special Seating

Both venues are wheelchair accessible. Patrons needing accessible or closer to stage seating should request it when reserving tickets or speak with the House Manager upon arrival. Accommodations are made whenever possible.

Seating & Late Arrival

Seating begins 30 minutes before curtain.
Performances begin promptly. Latecomers will be seated at the House Manager’s discretion, often in a designated late seating area, and may move to open seats at intermission. Some productions may prohibit late seating entirely.
