One-on-One Tutoring
The Academic Success Centers offers FREE 1:1 tutoring support in over 100 NAU courses, both in-person and online through Zoom. NOTE: CCC2NAU Students can schedule an appointment by calling our office at the North Academic Success Centers at 928-523-5524.
How to Make an Appointment
Appointment Policies
Students can book up to two appointments per week, per subject. Appointments are 45 minutes long. Appointments are available in-person or online. Students can change an appointment from in-person to online or vice versa. Students are encouraged to login into the tutoring appointment booking site to make changes to their appointments. Students are welcome to attend other ASC tutoring services in addition to one-on-one tutoring.

Cancellation/Missed Policies
The Academic Success Centers have a 24 hours cancellation policy for appointments. Students can cancel appointments through the tutoring appointment booking site using their NAU credentials to log in. Students with excessive numbers of missed and canceled appointments will not be able to book additional appointments for the remainder of the semester with out expressed permission from an ASC staff member.
