Schedule of Events

Tuesday, September 20

Free Planners w/a Peer Academic Coach | 6-8PM

Students can stop by the North Academic Success Center in the Union Fieldhouse RM 252 to pick up a FREE academic planner. Peer Academic Coaches will be available to help students learn how to use their new planner and review best strategies for transferring over information from their syllabi.

Wednesday, September 21 

Academic Resources on the Pedway | 2-4PM

NAU academic resources will be available on the pedway in front of the student union to discuss the available academic support services students can take advantage of throughout the academic year including midterms and finals.

Thursday, September 22

Cline Makerlab: DIY Pencil Case | 6PM

Students are invited to attend a  hands-on creative event at the Cline library Makerlab where students will create a personalized pencil case to help organize their academic supplies. This is a FREE event. Event capacity is limited to 30 students.

Wednesday, September 28, October 5, 12, 19

Study Buddy Nights at Cline Library | RM 249|  7-10PM

Studying with others is great way to stay focused and on task while studying. During four consecutive Wednesday nights in Cline (RM 249), NAU peer educators will be available as ‘study buddies’ for any student interested in studying with other students. Study buddies can actively help students study by helping them review notes and concepts or simply just sit together at a table to create accountability while studying. Individual and groups of students are encouraged to attend.
