Academic Support with the Academic Success Centers (ASC)

All students are encouraged to take advantage of free academic support offered by the Academic Success Centers (ASC) including individual tutoring, peer academic coaching, the math achievement program and supplemental instruction. The ASCs have two locations in the Union Fieldhouse, room 252, on north campus and in Dubois Center, room 140, on south campus.  More information on all the services offered by the ASCs is available on their webpage: NAU | Academic Success Centers. Additional academic support resources are also available through other campus partners including, the Lumberjack Math Center, the Lumberjack Writing Center, and Cline Library.

Math Support with the Math Achievement Program (MAP)  

All students are encouraged to take advantage of the free academic support services with the Math Achievement Program (MAP) offered by the Academic Success Centers (ASC). MAP offers drop-in tutoring for MAT 121, 136, 137, 150/155, 238, and STA 270 in Adel Rm 137. The purpose of MAP is to help students review, learn, and master math concepts and skills in a collaborative environment. No appointment is necessary. Test reviews for various math exams are also facilitated in-person, with recordings available online afterwards.
