If you need a sandbox site on NAU’s Enterprise theme, are submitting your Enterprise sandbox site for review, or need assistance with an Enterprise sandbox site, please create a ServiceNow ticket. The NAU ITS WordPress Development and Support Team handles all Enterprise training sites.
WordPress Gutenberg
If you require training on NAU’s Gutenberg editor, please visit the Gutenberg training specific site. There you will be able to request a sandbox, view the video tutorials, and submit your sandbox for completion.

To request a URL redirect, please open a ServiceNow Request ticket, “General WordPress Request“, with the following information:
– Source URL name
– Destination URL name

To submit a request for web support, users from academic units should contact University Marketing through their Request Support form, selecting the “Digital support request” option.
