Macro budget process
Northern Arizona University’s planning framework includes a university-wide process that identifies key goals and strategies and possible funding issues for each division. This annual process culminates in the President’s Leadership Retreat. At this retreat, issues are reviewed within NAUs funding context in the overall state and national environment.
