Art work coverage
Arizona Department of Administration Risk Management Division (“ADOA RMD”) covers art work or art exhibits on loan to the University that are within the University’s care, custody, and control due to a written agreement or contract. An authorized individual with signature authority must review and sign all written agreements or contracts prior to the acceptance and display of the art work or exhibit. Details of the artwork or exhibit must be sent to Risk Management and to ADOA RMD, to include the following: Name of exhibit; dates of coverage; value of exhibit; and list of each artwork piece to include name of artist, title of artwork, medium, and value.
