Let’s face it, nothing is better than Mexican food. Especially quesadillas. Imagine coming home from a long day of class, the last thing you want to do is spend hours cooking.  Create these hearty delicious quesadillas at the beginning of the week to savor on your offtime. Trust me- it’ll give your nightly Taco Bell outing’s a run for its money. And, this recipe will only cost you ~$6 in groceries. (That’s about 60 cents a serving!)

Supplements can be an overwhelming topic of fitness. While I believe in trying to get as much nutrients from foods as possible, supplements can definitely be an added boost. It’s approaching the time of year where everyone is sick. Getting better can be hard but some foods and drinks can help ease the process. Food and drinks alone cannot make you better, plenty of rest and sleep is also needed. It is best to avoid dairy; dairy makes being congested much worse.
