Event Recap! Devil’s Bridge and Lava Tubes
This past weekend, Peer Jacks set off on two awesome adventures!
On Saturday, the vans loaded up at 8:30 am and headed off to the lava tubes. After arriving at the lava tubes, the group huddled together for a group picture before we headed inside! The tubes were created by a volcanic vent located in Hart Prairie. The molten lava cooled and formed a tunnel that you can walk through!
On Sunday, the crew gathered early and took the scenic drive down to Sedona. Beautiful weather lead to an great hike at Devils bridge. We all waited in line to get an epic picture on the bridge, even those who were scared of heights! Pics or it didn’t happen… am I right?
Thanks to all the mentees and mentors who came out and made it fun!
