Cline Library Renovations
Project Number 09.280.261
May 2026 through December 2027
Cline Library is excited for the upcoming renovations to install updated HVAC and Fire Life Safety systems as well as welcoming the English Department from NAU’s College of Arts & Letters to the building. The library has complex, aging infrastructure and this project is the opportunity to address those issues to create a better overall environment for students, faculty, and staff. The English Department moving into the library will allow for the CAL faculty and staff currently located in Babbitt Annex to vacate the building in preparation for the demolition of the Annex and Peterson have to make way for the new Maria and Steve Sanghi College of Nursing.
About the project
Purpose & Vision Accordion Closed

The vision is to create an integrated academic environment that enhances teaching, research, collaboration, and student success—while reducing deferred maintenance, operational costs, and risk.
