All key requests and lost, stolen, or misplaced keys will be subject to the costs specified below, which shall be the responsibility of the relevant Key Holder and the Key Holder’s department. Initial Requests for a singular key (User Key or any Security Key):

Materials: approximately $12 per key

Labor: $67.17 / hour (most single keys will take <10 minutes to create)

Expected total: approximately $22

Initial Requests for a singular door recode and key (User Key or any Security Key):

Materials: approximately $62 per recode and key

Labor: $67.17 / hour (most recodes will take 1-2 hours to complete)

Expected total: approximately $163

Replacement costs (for lost, stolen, or misplaced keys):

User Key: approximately $70 per key

Level 1 Security Key: approximately $3,200 per key

Level 2 Security Key: approximately $42,000 per key

Level 3 Security Key: approximately $630,000 per key

Level 4 Security Key: IRREPLACEABLE
