Classroom Support
The Classroom Support team at NAU provides audio, visual, jacks card attendance readers, and collaborative technology in classrooms across campus and around the state. If faculty/staff have issues with their work/classroom machine, please refer to classroom support.

LMS Faculty Help Desk
The LMS Faculty Help Desk offers Blackboard and Ed-tech support for faculty and staff. This is the best option when you need immediate assistance or have a quick question:

Information Technology Services (ITS)
The ITS Solution Center is the central point of contact for NAU faculty, staff, and affiliates requiring technical assistance and support with NAU software, hardware, network, and telephony.

Student Technology Center (STC)
The STC provides 24×7 support during the fall and spring semester, extended hours are offered in-person at the STC@Cline service point for all NAU students. Student support services include LOUIE, myNAU, Gmail, password assistance, Blackboard, Software, Wi-fi, LinkedIn Learning, security concerns, computer labs, jacksprint, and Office 365.
