Title IX Personnel

Title IX Coordinator, Deputy Title IX Coordinator, and Assistant Deputy Title IX Coordinators

Elyce C. Morris, Director, Institutional Equity Compliance and Title IX Coordinator

Ms. Morris is responsible for NAU’s compliance with Title IX and related federal and state law.  She oversees the Office for the Resolution of Sexual Misconduct (ORSM):  Title IX Institutional Compliance, Prevention & Response, supervises the Complaint Resolution Officers, Complaint Resolution Administrative Officers, and the Deputy Title IX Coordinator; she also oversees the Title IX Hearing Panel.  Separately, Morris serves as the Director, Institutional Equity Compliance in the Equity and Access Office.

Josh C. Floyd, Deputy Title IX Coordinator

Mr. Floyd works within the Office for the Resolution of Sexual Misconduct (ORSM):  Title IX Institutional Compliance, Prevention & Response, and he performs delegated Title IX Coordinator functions and serves as the Title IX Coordinator in the Title IX Coordinator’s absence.  Floyd investigates formal complaints, facilitates informal resolutions, and carries out a host of Title IX compliance-related duties.

Sara Olson, Assistant Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Campus Living

Ms. Olson is Director, Campus Operations and Assistant Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Campus Living.  She collaborates closely with the Title IX Coordinator and Office for the Resolution of Sexual Misconduct (ORSM):  Title IX Institutional Compliance, Prevention & Response to promote safety, awareness and Title IX compliance in the context of the campus living experience.

Beth Vechinski, Assistant Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Athletics

Ms. Vechinski is Associate Athletic Director, Senior Woman Administrator, and Assistant Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Athletics.  She collaborates closely with the Title IX Coordinator and Office for the Resolution of Sexual Misconduct (ORSM):  Title IX Institutional Compliance, Prevention & Response on multiple compliance-related matters.

Robert M. Zbikowski, Assistant Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Student Initiatives

Mr. Zbikowski is the Senior Associate Dean of Students and Assistant Deputy Title IX Coordinator n for Student Initiatives.  He collaborates closely with the Title IX Coordinator and Office for the Resolution of Sexual Misconduct (ORSM):  Title IX Institutional Compliance, Prevention & Response to ensure that student-related matters, especially student supportive measures through the Care Center, run smoothly.

Cassie Luke, Assistant Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Campus Living*
