We’re here to help
Dylan oversees the daily operations at Printing Services. He joined the university in 2014 to help lead the conceptualization and implementation of new products and services offered.
Prior to joining NAU, Dylan worked in broadcast television. Soon after, he became the creative director in the commercial television production department at a locally owned full-service advertising agency in Flagstaff, AZ. After three years in commercial production, he led the formation, development, and management of the in-house printing services branch at the agency.
Dylan has experience in print projects ranging from designing business cards to installing vehicle wraps. He earned a dual bachelor’s degree with honors from NAU in advertising and electronic media and film.
Jason brings skills from working in the printing industry for over twenty five years to NAU Printing Services. The skills acquired over that time fit under the categories of offset press operation, digital printing and pre-press work, scheduling, supply and printing machine maintenance. He worked for a local Flagstaff printing company for twenty years, starting as a press operator and eventually ending up as owner. Jason works in the print production department area of Printing Services and handles supply ordering, scheduling, organization and technical printing issues.
Jason is a mountain biker and loves the outdoors. Some of the personal skills he has are illustration, painting and bicycle frame building. These will lend a great hand to NAU along with previous experience in commercial print production at all levels.
In May 2017, while finishing her Bachelor’s degree, Sara began working at Printing Services as a Front Office Assistant. After graduation, she moved to the Digital Print Center where she excelled using her strong background in print production and eventually achieved the title of Print Production Lead. When a full-time position opened eight months later, it was a no-brainer for Sara to apply. She is now the Large Format Supervisor and leads the printing and installation of many projects for the University community. Sara also leads many of the robust and impactful sustainability initiatives for the University and Printing Services.
Sara was first introduced to print production in 2007, when she started working at a Staples Copy Center in her hometown. She took the opportunity to use her printing knowledge and Staples network to travel across the country, working at six different copy shops across five different states, and acting as Supervisor in three of those shops.
Sara is an artist at heart. She holds an Associate of Arts (Fine/Studio Arts emphasis) and Bachelor of Fine Arts (Ceramics emphasis). She enjoys learning new things, and is eager to grow both artistically and professionally.
Tracey has worked in customer service for over 25 years and is the point person for our customers concerning print ordering, technical support, information, and quality control. She processes orders that come through the Printing Services digital storefront and reviews artwork to ensure each job meets university branding standards before going into production.
Originally from Maryland, she has lived in Bend, OR and Natural Bridges National Monument in Southeast Utah. Outside of work, Tracey, her husband and their dog, enjoy spending time outdoors. She loves fresh food from her garden, reading books written by regional authors, and wide-open spaces.
Never hesitate to call or email Tracey for assistance with any of your printing needs.
