Making time to hit the gym is hard when you have a full schedule balancing work, class, tutoring, endless homework and I don’t know… maybe eating, sleeping and breathing! Sometimes it feels like you’ll never make it to the gym but that’s okay because you can do this Ultimate Booty Burn right at home! This will satisfy your need to workout and in a short amount of time.
Do each of these exercises for 25 repetitions, two full sets each, with a 15 second rest in between.
Remember to hold your core and breath!
- Calf Raises (double leg or single leg for greater challenge)
- Lunges (both sides, remember don’t let your knee pass your toes)
- Butt Bridges
- Squats (feet spread apart about shoulder width, keep your chest up and sit straight back)
- Donkey kicks (knee bent at 90* push you toes to the sky)
- Plank with alternating leg lifts (straight back, strong core)
