Hello Adventurers!
This week our compasses point towards the highest peak in Flagstaff, Mount Humphreys. This hike is geared towards experienced hikers due to its high amount of mileage.
This hike is not for the faint of heart, with an elevation gain about 3,000 feet and 9.2 miles one way, this hike is sure to give you a work out. But the view is well worth it, on clear days, hikers can even see the Grand Canyon from the summit.
Experienced hikers state that tips for conquering Mount Humphreys is to dress in layers, bring plenty of water, and take your time!
